Dog
- Contrary to popular belief, dogs do not sweat by salivating. They sweat through the pads of their feet.

Cow

This is a fruit called "Mangosteen" . Mangosteen is a tropical evergreen tree from Indonesia. Did you know that the juice from mangosteen could help obese peoples fight off Heart Disease and Diabetes. You have to drink about half a litre of the super-fruit's juice a day to help you lowers the level of a particular protein linked to the two health threats. US researchers said that this breakthrough could be valuable in treating obese patients.

Sucking Thumbs

Youngsters who suck their thumb or a dummy for too long may suffer speech impediments when they are older.
Children who sucked their finger for more than three years were three times more likely to develop speech problems, according to researchers at the University of Washington. Almost 130 children aged three to five were studied.

World Largest Spider

The Golden Orb Weaver (Africa)

This was the newly discovered spider named Nephila komaci is a member of golden orb weaver family. Golden orb weavers are known for their large webs, which often exceed 1m in diameter, and for the big disparity between male and female body size. Golden orb weavers are the largest spiders to spin webs, although other breeds such as Goliath bird-eating spiders and tarantulas are even bigger.
The new species was named after Professor Kuntner’s friend Andreij Komac, who died in an accident at the time of the discoveries.
The females are the giants - with a body lenght of 3.8cm ( 1.5 in ) and a leg span of up to 12cm ( 5 inches ) The males are tiny by comparison — about five times smaller.
